  Poor tactics, poor ethics, as well as being extremely rude. Requests for clients to not be truthful to the court even when the clients demand to be truthful. He fails to understand that his clients are his boss. He should do as requested by his clients, however, he prefers to argue with them over the situation. Advising the client is fine, however, if the client insists that is the final word. Also, please read your contracts. He is extremely shady with his payments and demands 3 times the amount of other lawyers and still demands payment once he has been terminated for all the stated above issues. His contracts will stipulate you are required to pay the full amount regardless of termination or the lack of completed tasks. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS FIRM!!!!! A formal complaint with evidence of such actions has been submitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association as well. This man should not be allow to practice law.
